In tamilnadu from Nov-2015 onwards North-East Monsoon Began. For that Heavy Rains in and around Chennai and South Districts of Tamilnadu and Pondycherry. First of December 2015, Heavy Flood ocurred, due to that shut down all Schools, college, Corporate offices and MNC's in Chennai. Trains are not functioning. Chennai International Airport also shut down upto sixth of december 2105. Navy and Air force take measure for the relief.
